The objective of LAFA is to improve and refine player's skills, encourage sportsmanship, and develop an enjoyment for baseball and softball. LAFA is a volunteer run organization dependent on parent participation for successful operation.
The Lady Lancer Softball team is pleased to announce the details of this year’s pre-season softball camp for all LAFA, Middle School and High School eligible players. Based on feedback from prior years, we will be enhancing this year’s program.
Dates of Camp: Sunday, March 10, 24, and 31
Location: Londonderry Middle School
Times: late afternoon / early evening (will update soon)
Option 1: Softball fielding, throwing, light hitting, and overall game play: $60 for 1.5 hours (3 Sundays)
Option 2: Advanced Hitting with professional hitting instructor and additional coaches: $60 for 1.5 hours following Option 1 camp (3 Sundays)
Option 3: Options 1 and 2 (3 hours each week for $80)
Bonus: Week 3 will offer a mock tryout in preparation for LHS and LMS tryouts the following week ($20) for 30-60 minutes after option 2 ends (LHS coaches will not be present due to NHIAA rules)

Coaches from successful softball programs such as Londonderry Lightning and New England Fusion
All players should bring their own glove, bat and helmet. Sneakers must be worn, No cleats!
All proceeds go directly to the On Deck Club, the Booster Club for LHS and LMS softball. No coaches are being paid but rather volunteering their time for the betterment of the athletes and to help raise funds for ODC

LAFA is a self-funded organization that provides the youth of Londonderry the opportunity to participate in organized baseball and softball. All equipment, uniforms, field maintenance and improvements are funded by team sponsorships, league registrations, individual donations and revenue from our concession stand

To operate a program of over 600 players requires the participation of everyone. We greatly appreciate everyone's participation! Please contact the LAFA if you can contribute time towards improving our league.
Please remember that dogs are not permitted on Londonderry athletic fields while children are present. We also respectfully request that people refrain from smoking at the LAFA field complex.
CARS THAT PARK IN AREAS THAT ARE DESIGNATED AS NO PARKING ZONES WILL BE TICKETED. THERE IS ALSO NO PARKING IN THE AMERICAN LEGION AND LIBRARY PARKING LOTS AND VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.
