Run by the 2019 12u Cooperstown (NH Diamond Dawgs) Team
Registration is now open for the 2019 Winter Baseball Camp. This is a great opportunity for kids to learn from some different coaches (and 12-year-old players), and for those kids 8-11 to freshen up their skills before the 2019 LAFA baseball tryout/evaluations in March.
The camp is open to all kids, aged 6 – 11.
The camp is run by the 2019 12u Cooperstown team coaches and players.
Cost: $60 - for four 2-hour sessions, no inflation here!
Dates: Four Sundays : January 27, February 3, 10, 17
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Londonderry High School Gym
To register, visit the “Register Online” section on the lafa.info website.
Registrations will also be accepted at the door. Please bring a check payable to "LAFA - 12u Cooperstown".
All proceeds from the camp go towards the 12u Cooperstown team fundraising effort.
The Coaches, along with the 12u Cooperstown team members, will work with the kids in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, with age-appropriate drills. The four sessions will focus on 5 basic skill areas: throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching and base-running.
Kids should wear comfortable clothing (but not too loose fitting) – baseball pants are not necessary.
Kids should bring the following items if they have them: glove, bat, helmet, water. Don’t worry, bats and helmets will be available to use if your child does not have one.
